Who we are

Bianki and Partners is an independent political consulting company.

We deal with politics and elections: consulting, research, development and implementation of operations, projects and campaigns.

We have worked in 15 countries (Asia, Africa, Western and Eastern Europe) and we are based in Saint-Petersburg (Russia).

We have performed over 450 in-depth studies and over 30 campaigns and projects.

We conducted our first study in Russian in 1999 and our first campaign in 2002. Since 2005, we have been working in different countries.

We are a small company with great potential: the number of experts handling a single project can vary from two to several hundreds of people.

Our motto is “Expanding Opportunities”. We see our mission as supporting our clients in achieving their goals, finding out-of-the-box ways to change the political reality based on our clients’ wishes.

Valentin Bianki

My family has German and Italian roots, and has been living in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, since the mid-19th-century.

I myself have worked in 15 countries
I was a consultant for 7 presidential and parliamentary campaigns in 5 countries
I have a PhD in Political Psychology. I taught Political Marketing and Political Psychology at Saint-Petersburg State University (SPbSU, Russia) for 12 years.
